Alterations, Salisbury
An interesting little project in that this semi-detached property had been extended several times over the years which included additional bed spaces but with limited reception rooms.
At the rear of the property, was a very poor Conservatory which was near the end of its economic life and a former Utility room which was now being used as general storage for the freezer. The work comprised of enlarging the freezer room and joining with the Conservatory to create a new Garden Room incorporating roof lights. The area between the Dining Room and new Garden Room was increased in size and fitted with glazed doors to create a separate room, but maintain natural light to the property’s deep interior.
